Part
1 section 7 of the 1974 places certain responsibilities upon all employees as
follows: -
Take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself
and others who may be affected by his acts or omissions

Co-operate with his employer in health and safety matters

Shall not intentionally or recklessly misuse any article or substance
