to the Use of Work Equipment Directive (AUWED) also requires that where there
is a risk of work equipment being struck by lightning whilst it is being used
then appropriate protection against this or the effects of lightning must be provided.
This means you have to assess the risk from lightning strike and ensure that safety precautions to protect employees are in place. |
