LOLER - Information and Training
In accordance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work regulations 1999 all persons must receive suitable and sufficient training to allow them to carry out any task or operation, which is required of them.

In the case of lifting equipment this may include training, information or instruction on the following:

  • Daily inspection of their equipment
  • Completing check off lists
  • Correct use of Personal Protection equipment
  • Safe use of any equipment accessories
  • Emergency procedures
  • Reporting of defects
  • Any other training specific to this item of equipment
