Under the Health
and Safety at Work Act etc. 1974 all employees have certain responsibilities,
as far as noise is concerned Regulation 10(2) places the following obligations
upon all employees:
Correctly
use any ear protection supplied or requested.
Correctly
use any other protective equipment which is provided.
Report
any defects of equipment supplied through correct channels.
