at Work Regulations 1989 where there is a risk of hearing damage all employers
are obliged to try and reduce noise levels to the lowest reasonably possible.
These responsibilities fall into three categories: Noise levels above 90 dB(A) or Peak Action level (200 pascals) Noise levels above 85 dB(A) but below 90 dB(A)
