4 places general duties upon the owners of premises or persons who have control
of premises, or matters in connection with the carrying on by him of a trade,
business or other undertaking (whether for profit or not) to ensure as far as
reasonably practicable that:
are safe and without risks to health and safety of all persons other than their own employees |
