Review of Assessments
| A risk assessment should be reviewed on a regular intervals this will normally be every 6 - 12 months depending on the severity of the hazard. The review is to ascertain what progress has been made in eliminating risks, and whether any new risks have arisen. There are certain times when the current risk assessment will no longer be valid for example:
